1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "68game" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 68game.asia and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account with or accesses 68game.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the 68game platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the 68game platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit award granted to a Player by 68game.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, online slots, table games, and all other gaming products available on 68game.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 68game, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 68game platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 68game. They should be read in conjunction with the 68game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements apply to all 68game users:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 68game does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform. Where there is reason to suspect a user is underage, 68game will suspend the account and request age verification documents.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active account on 68game. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
• 68game reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID card, CNIC, or passport) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, withdrawal requests, and bonus redemption.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68game account credentials, including your password and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party. 68game support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 68game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

68game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 68game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 68game reserves the right to require matching deposit-withdrawal methods as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 3 business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day for verified accounts.
• 68game reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected, pending investigation.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of deposit. 68game is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 68game are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on individual promotion pages:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Coordinated exploitation of promotions by groups of players or through the use of multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• 68game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements specified for that promotion. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a maximum cashout cap.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting and casino gaming on 68game:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 68game is not responsible for technical errors that display incorrect odds, and reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability. 68game may suspend in-play betting markets at any time at its discretion.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems (for RNG games) or by physical dealing/spinning in the presence of live camera feeds (for live dealer games). 68game does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the 68game system records shall constitute the primary evidence. Users may raise disputes within 72 hours of the event settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per sport. Limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 68game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion between players to fix outcomes, share cards in live poker or table games, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit the platform.
• Money laundering – using 68game to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks – initiating a fraudulent payment dispute with a bank or payment provider after depositing funds on 68game.
• Creating multiple accounts (either personally or through third parties) to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the 68game platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 68game platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of 68game or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any 68game content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a User's account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
• Interruptions to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the 68game platform.
• The content or availability of third-party payment processors, including JazzCash and Easypaisa, which operate independently of 68game.

68game's total liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

68game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and services. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and take our obligations in this area seriously.

• All registered users may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from their account settings at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Users who wish to take a temporary break from 68game may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from their account settings.
• Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from 68game may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 68game uses behavioural analytics to identify patterns consistent with problem gambling and may proactively contact users who show signs of harmful gaming behaviour.

12. Suspension & Termination

68game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 68game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The User has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• The User has made a chargeback against a deposit made on 68game.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method within 10 business days, net of any applicable deductions, unless the account is under investigation for fraud or money laundering.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. 68game operates under the terms of its applicable gaming licence and complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards.

14. Amendments to These Terms

68game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of 68game following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
